SHIPPING
Oyster Creek Collection offers white glove delivery for any order placed in the United States excluding CA, HI, ND, SD, RI, VM, IO. We take pride in making sure once your furniture leaves our warehouse it is protected with the highest level of care. Our delivery team will carry the item into the home, place it in its desired location, and all packaging will be removed from the delivery location.
THE PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR INSPECTING ITEMS UPON DELIVERY FOR ANY DAMAGES. The customer is responsible for signing off on all “white glove” deliveries. Refer to the Delivery Policy on each individual collection piece.

Oyster Creek will not be accepting, cash, check, ACH, PAYPAL, or VENMO.
RETURNS
Because of the amount of work and detail that goes into each of our designs, all Oyster Creek Collection pieces (Including online accessories) are FINAL SALE.
